Shipping
The product will be delivered within 5-7 working days by Indian Speed Post. We request you to be home to receive the product.

Packaging
We try to avoid plastic packaging and practice a sustainable and circular approach to our packaging. We reuse existing packages/card boxes from other online shopping platforms for external packaging and include the product in our little zero-waste Túkra bag.

Returns & Exchanges
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, within 48 hours of receipt of package with images / videos of the damage, you  will get a full refund for the damaged product. We will not be able to replace it with an exact same piece as all our products are single piece designs, but we may be open to sending you something similar if available in stock.
